These terms apply to navigation and requests through ONHost. Service delivery depends on the proposal and contract accepted by the customer.
1. Identification
The operations presented on this website are the responsibility of COM3 Outsourcing & Projects LTDA, CNPJ 41.713.237/0001-05. The business contact is contato@onhost.com.br.
2. Offers and requests
Visitors can compare plans and request contact. Submitting a form does not process payment or activate hosting. Features, availability, licenses and conditions must be confirmed before contracting. Prices marked as demonstrative remain so.
3. Hosting and additional services
The hosting plans shown use cPanel in Brazil and the United States. Website counts, storage and other features vary by plan. Setup, management, migration, backups, monitoring, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 have their own scope and licensing.
4. Domains and registry lookup
The advertised annual price is R$ 55.00 for Brazilian (.br) domains and R$ 24.90 for international domains. Registration, renewal and specific conditions are confirmed before contracting. A WHOIS/RDAP lookup with no result does not guarantee availability: names may be reserved or restricted, or the lookup may fail.
5. Support and availability
Support timelines, maintenance and service levels must be defined in the contract. This website does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or an uncontracted SLA. Form confirmation indicates acceptance by the sending service, not guaranteed final delivery or immediate response.
6. Content and third-party services
Visitors must provide accurate information and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. External links have their own terms and policies.
7. Inquiries, changes and rights
Contact us to clarify proposals and conditions. Updates must be published with their version date and respect existing contracts and rights under applicable law.
